Wait for a confirmation from barks + bitsy via email.
If you are a new client, Bitsy will schedule a meet and greet with you and your pet prior to providing services.
Important information such as emergency contact, vet contact, care instructions, and terms and conditions will be reviewed at the scheduled meet and greet.
